So i started tonight, I was just going to leave it alone, the corner wasn't all that bad but the more people kept touching it the worse it got. So i decided to repair it tonight. I will update this on how to Do fiberglass repair.

It is a Crappy Idea on howto but the pics should help.
If needing help with fiberglass repair just ask me how.
It's really easy and almost anyone can do it with exactly all they give you in the 20 dollar box.

heres a few pictures on the first start and so on, i will update it more i do tonight and tomorrow.

I used a 1200 watt Heat gun, Set to setting 1 so i wouldn't over do it.
a hair dryer will work as well.
It doesn't need to get hot just makes the process faster.

Make sure you tape off the spots you Do NOT want fiberglass resin on. this stuff is very sticky and hard to get off of stuff.

Okay sorry i left out a few pictures, My kitten decided to chew the memory card and ate the lock so the card is useless now, so i have to go to microcenter later today and get a 4gb card, there cheap enough now anyways i used my cell card luckily it worked. so heres a few updates.

yes it looks nasty, but the hole is finally covered, Now i have to get the angles and height correct thats the hard part.

so youre just using resin only and building it up in layers?

are you using any fiber cloth at all?

Okay my arm is killing me, I need to take a break, Anyways for just eye balling the bastard and my 2nd time only doing fiberglass i did pretty good so far.

Just a little bit more work and it will be close to perfect.
I need add a bit more resin to the bottom and sides.

Tell me what you think so far.

pnemuatic tools are your friend, then once its close do the rest by hand. I'm sure your harbor freight crazed dad must have something that will do the trick.

Ok sorry for the double posts , anyways I have it dead on i just need to add a wee bit resin on the front bottom and then its perfect, and maybe sand the side a little bit more, Other then that this is my first time ever doing an angle job with fiberglass.
