I have a problem with my drivers seat, it is slid 3/4 of the way back and I would like it to go the rest of the way but my pwr seat does not work at all. How can I fix this? I went under the rear of the seat with my voltmeter and I have 12v at the pigtail coming out of the flor but I dont know what I have to do to move the seat to get it out so I can take a lok at the switch. Any help would be appreciated.

The plastic pieces on the floor are attached by a fore and aft facing phillips head screws. You should be able to get to them and at least loosen the plastic pcs.
Don't forget that you can seperate the seat from the track by removing 4 upward facing bolts. They might be more accessable than the floor nuts.
If you can't move anything, it's probably a problem with the wiring or switch. If I remember correctly, the rear-most motor controls the forward/backward motion. If you can jumper to those wires, ground one 12V the other. To reverse direction, reverse the GRD and 12V. The wires are lite green and lite brown (tan)?
Here is a picture to help you see what is under the seat. It will be a little confusing because this was from my project to install a passenger power seat.

Good luck...
