    Hey, I need some tips on rebuilding a 99 Ls1 engine. Any pointers would help out. Looking for a mild rebuild. Thanks

    I've never heard of a "mild" rebuild. . . I always thought it was one of those things that was either done or not done. Maybe mild upgrades, I could see that. . .

    I don't have any tips for ya, just teasin' ya and bumping your thread up a little for you.

      forged rods/pistons.
      crank is good for 1000+hp

        label every thing. number every thing especaly lifters main caps stuff like that

          take note of the #5 maincap. They are numbered but #5 is on the opposite side as the others
