Unless you're in dire need right now, I'd say shop around a bit. Get the most bang for the buck. The big question is whether or not it was driven with a blown head gasket (maybe from the accident? In which case, there may be the radiator, that's usually around $250). There may be a lot more wrong with it than you think, when you get into it.
