that build is a joke and they have no idea how to build a v6. they came onto the v6 sites talking about their build and they got ripped apart for their stupidity and choice of mods. Instead of listening to people and researching into it they went their own route and results are piss poor.

Anyone with a v6 do NOT follow their blueprint for a build. lol

            That's what I was thinking.

"Bottom line: we're making progress with the Tom Henry RS. Eight passes at Westech averaged, at the wheels, 206.0 horsepower (SAE-corrected) at 5350 rpm and 218.0 pound/feet torque at 4600 rpm. That equates to about 250 hp SAE net at the flywheel or around a 25% improvement over stock. Since we are already at the 250-hp goal set back in Part 1 and we've got plenty of tuning to do and a few more modifications, we're raising our power goal to 270-hp. Now that's what we're talkin' about!"

206 at the rear wheels? After all that effort?

            Whoo hoo...

Seems like a LOT of work to make 206hp. The time and money they have into that I could of easily been over 300hp.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about. I thought in their first dyno run after doing the exhaust they were at 170-ish HP... going from 170 to 206 (sorry.. I said 200hp in my first reply, was 6 hp short....) just doesn't seem that impressive.

I'd dive that sucker straight into the closest body of water if I had done all that work and got those results.

I'd cry after all that work and probably burn the car. Seems like typical wastefulness of idoits who don't research the work before just spendsing thousands on a V6.

v6-v8 transplant would of been cheaper

yea we tried to explain to them about what they were doing wrong and they would not listen to the v6 community. Total stupidity.

And to think they got a full spread in a few issues of camaro performers detailing the build as a magazine build.

The best part was after the first few rounds of mods we asked for dyno #s and track times, they came back with numbers from a Gtech done on a back road....boy did they get torn a new one for that
