  • fuel pump relay HELP!!!! 4th gen???

i have a 94 firebird lt1 was a 3.4 v6 looking for the fuel pump relay, does this exist on a 4th gen and where.

my fuel pump dosnt always cycle when key is turned over further checking finding that there is no power at the pump. sometimes i need to screw with the ignition on and off till it fires the pump then it will fire up.

or what else would cause this.

not sure what would cause this, but im sure a LT or LS mod would fix it..

on a serious note. im not 100 percent sure about the OBI V6 cars but the fuel pump relay should be under the hood in a fuse block on the left side?
    -Im Ron Burgundy?

Not sure where the stocker is, but the Racetronix kit is an easy install. The worst part is popping the old pins out of the stock harness to reuse in the new connectors.

OMG. i tear the car apart and i see no relay just an empty plug and a quick connect with a wire running across the car to the engine compartment, havnt tracked it down yet but i do have a new relay on the way, i ran a jumper wire were the relay would be hit the key pump runs dont shut down but the car fired up every time i hit the key with out the throttle. im amazed my car didnt turn out like 1fstss or anothere buddie's, ive owned the car since 99 and never new this.
