Crank pulley? and Shift Linkage

I just put my motor in... and the "snout" for the crank pulley to go on isnt flush with the accesory pullies....I have used an impact on it and isnt lining up..I dont know if I should do something with the washer on the crank bolt or what...

Also the shift linkage is broken where it connects to the trans...the black plastic peice to hold the cable straight is broken...can the shift linkage from a auto 3.4 liter work with my lt1??

Got the shift linkage from the dealer now i just need help the crank pulley issue

beer. big hammer. duct tape. solves all problems
