              Well the ticking sounds sorta like a rocker arm came off and the pushrod is smacking the valve cover, but it is intermittent which makes me think its not a leak as it went away for a few cycles. Id bet on either a bearing or collapsed lifter. I got a forged motor setup ill sell ya if you need one i'll even throw in the trans am

                I have a set of low milage stock lifters...joel has dibs on them but i dont know if he still needs them, if he doesnt want them they are yours

                        Sound's topendish to me also like a leak or a lifter/rocker arm.

                        Things in vids sound so much different than in real life.
                        Did you scorch a spark plug wire with the new headers??

                          i know its not a spark issue. the noise is to loud. but ima run the drivers side valve cover off and see what i can hear.
