  • make a few bucks helping me out?

    I am looking for someone to help me do some minor mods to my car. I cant afford to pay a shop but want to make sure there done right so i dont want to do them myself. Ill list what I want done. i have all the parts ready to go in. I also dont have a garage so it makes it hard for me to do anything


    Cold Air intake
    skip shift eliminator
    tb bypass
    new corner lenses
    new shifter handle
    plugs and wires
    thermostat
    fan switch
    new front sway bar
    shock tower brace
    airfoil
    tb cover plate

    im open to any suggestions. thanks

    Most of those are hard to mess up.

    if you were closer i would help you out

      almost all are really easy...

        where in GR are you? If you feel like coming out to Allendale on a Saturday that I have off we can knock some of that list out for you in the shop

          Ive done all but a couple things on that list. None r hard at all though. I know if u asked everyone here would gladly give u instructions on how to do them.

              wish I knew half you guys before I moved from GR..

              But I did not have my 3rd gen then either...

                that shouldnt be too hard a list to tackle - try some of the easier stuff yourself

                  Cold Air intake - Easy... you can do, just sucks taking out all the old parts


                  skip shift eliminator - Easy... you can also do


                  tb bypass - Never done


                  new corner lenses - PITA...but do-able


                  new shifter handle - Easy...As long as its a 5/6-speed


                  plugs and wires -


                  thermostat - Never done, never looked difficult


                  fan switch - Never done


                  new front sway bar - Never done


                  shock tower brace - Easy... Won one at either M8 or M9, back when I didn't have a F-Body... but installed in a friends' car and it was easy


                  airfoil - Time consuming if you do seperate from CAI. Suggest if you do CAI yourself to do this too.


                  tb cover plate - Easy...
