    edit :

95 LT1, i am using a fbody radiator but i think the water pump (which is off a bbody) is not the same as the fbody water pump.

Lower, drivers side of the radiator is a coolant hose opening, however from the diagrams i have seen this would go into the water pump. However there is no inlet on the water pump i have.

Will it be ok if I just block this off the radiator?

Uhm, that sounds like a bad idea...this isn't like a heater hose from the firewall...I'd find a Fbody water pump...

here is a drawing...red dot line is "missing" hose

I am going to go out and see what the fbody water pump looks like (was at a different location)

yeah you defiantly need one from a f-body because of difference in locations for the hoses, might not be good for the motor too, hate to see you make a mistake that could cost alot more than hose. good luck hope you get everything worked out

after comparing the fbody and bbody water pumps/radiators/coolant lines, i decided to use a Y split to connect to one of the heater hoses.

it should be fine as it is basically running the b-body coolant routing

                  and it runs!!!!!!!
