check for voltage to and from the coolent temp sensor. if thats good then check for voltage up to the insturment clustersigpic

Holy crap, I didn't think leaving that business card on would lure you here! Welcome to the site, we'll have to meet up some time. I see you driving around Big Rapids all the time.
Anyways, back to the temp sensor problem. I'd start off checking for voltage and a good ground but both times I've experienced a nonworking temp gauge is has been due to a cracked temp sensor. I bought one for my Sonoma for like $14 at Autozone but I'd suggest checking the wiring first because its free.2005 Yamaha R6

I'd put my money on a burned up wire if it's on the side of the head. Do you have headers? Only my 1994 Z28 I had longtubes and used to burn up plug wires all the time.2010 Chevrolet Camaro 1SS/RS - My DD
