99 Camaro Engine and Security issues

Hello all! I just found these forms and I am hoping for some help / advice. I bought this 99 v6 camaro a few months back from a lady that beat it into the ground! I've been slowly working to getting it back to good running status and I have 2 nagging issues left. The first is that the security light is always on and lit solid. The car starts whether the Vats wires are connected or not. I see no evidence of a vats bypass anywhere in the car. What can I do to get this resolved? Do I need to do a vats relearn? The second is engine hesitation during take off only. The 3800 engine was hit pretty badly, so I completely tore it down and rebuilt it from the ground up. Had the block tanked, heads milled and rebuilt, the crank was turned, and new pistons and all gaskets. The only used parts are the sensors. When I first start it, it runs fine. After it warms up, it slightly stutters on take off only. No problems with acceleration while driving. The only engine code I ever get is on o2 sensor 1 on bank 1. I haven't had a chance to replace this yet. Could this be the cause, or should I look elsewhere? Also, where is this particular sensor located? Thanks! Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
