how long can a LT1 run with a rod knock?

oil pressure is fine, but there is a loss of power

just curious how long an engine can go with a rod knock before getting worse (I'm assuming it will either go boom or seize up eventually right?)

Oh, you'll be fine - but rebuild that motor.
