Headlight Issue

So I was trying to fix the wipers in the TA for the potential buyer and now the lights do not come up

I had the battery disconnected and was messing with the wiper/blinker lever.

When I re connected the battery the lights made a little noise, nothing loud

anyways now the lights dont rise up, the interor lights come on as well as the bright icon and both turn signal icons

any ideas on whats going on?

Can you hear the motors spinning when you turn em on?

no spinning

they worked up until a few hours ago
