96-97 were the only years the Camaro RS was offered, the RS body kit/spoiler could be on 98+ Z28/V6 cars but did were not called RS cars

a few other pkgs i thought off as well

Y87 (only 3.8 cars): Sport Steering, 4 wheel discs (for 96-97), 3.42s in A4's/3.23s T5, dual outlet muffler

1LE: No AC, manual windows/locks, upgraded sways (possibly other suspension?)

then i dont know if anyone else knows exactly but i believe 98-99 SS had better suspension than the Z28's but 00-02 were the same as Z28's, but that is w/o SLP options

B4C (police) i was looking into one a long time ago and there nothing special, just like a Z28 i believe

1LE could be had on a variety of things with a variety of options, depending on year.

For example, the B4C came with 1LE.

I'm not positive but I have heard that B4C cars will register as a v6 car through insurance based off of the vin.

for the record Z28s have their own suspension above V6 cars, and the Y87 v6 got this same suspension (except for the front springs).

correct. I think RS/Z28s will become a more sought after option in future collectibility of 4th gens. they werent the most common thing.

Not true. B4C cars are coded as a V8 in the vin.

Yep, Z28 with the RS option, gave it the ground effects and spoiler.

Also on 2nd gens from 70-73, a Z28 got a full bumper, an RS Z28 got the split bumper.
