Well if you still have the # of the guy you got it from see if he can tell you what cam he put in it.
If I had to bet it's probibly a Comp Cam, it's the most common.
The way I told you to go about the tune cost a little but in the end you will be confident that it's right and not leaning out on the top end or on the bottom end.
The way Joel told you would get you close but to be able to tune it right and get the best performance IMO is to know just what you are dealing with.
