well this was the first time i went to the track, and loved it. but seemed like there bumps and grooves for the first 20 feet

You would think so considering he did say its bumpy for the first 20 feet...
Yes Lapeer dragway is pretty shitty. Its a good track for street cars though. On light days its easy to get 20+ runs in on that track.

im new to the track, took a hour to get there , to do what i do 3 miles aways on street LOL but i liked it. ls1's are killers from mid to end track. caseu at the 1/8 i was at 85 mph then at the 1/4 was at 106
but the car next to me that ran 12.137 only gained 10 mph on same distence

Love it, except last time iwent when they had a huge event and test and tune in the same day and to make things worse i blew my transmission.

Lapeer isn't the best track but prep is sometimes decent and you can get a LOT of runs in so its fun to line up with lots of people.Doing less with more
