Pass Key II?

Ok so this morning before I dropped Trisha to work something weird happened

I turned the key over and nothing happened..and im like wtf?.. So I do it again then it turned over..

My security light was on for a good 10min till it went off

Just a few secs ago I hooked up the scantool and ran it..came across and said

Pass Key II Problem... History Code 46


So whats up with that?... Did I mess a circuit up or something...

Passkey problem

Maybe a broken wire to the passkey module,
bad/dirty contacts in the key switch,
or perhaps the module has taken a dump on ya.

Best thing to do is go to this site and read up
on how the whole enchilada works. It can be
bypassed relatively easy.

wow..very good info there..

I will try the cleaning/changing keys first..start with the basics
