The tube doesnt reach the hole on the left side
It keeps coming out and wont stay in?
Its the right one, but the !@#$ doesnt like its home lol..should I just buy a new one?

I dont think thats the EGR bro, the EGR is the flex metal tube that connects to the intake right there on the side with 2 bolts. That looks like it goes into the valvecover and is related to the crankcase evac system. -
