loose rocker arm

anyone know how to or anyone or a gaage that can adjust a rocker Arm for a lt1 its making a ticking like noise that i orignially thought was a exhaust leak but did the old screwdriver on the valve cover test and could hear a difference inother ones

from what i was told i dont know if it is true or not. But i think there was a TB on replacing the rockers pushrods an the lifters on the LT1's. i know some of them need that cause a lot of them are noisy
