  • how does the OEM grill come off?

    just want to see how it looks removed. and well it be able to be reinstalled correctly???

    YOU TALKING ON THE 4TH GEN RIGHT, YOU HAVE SOME SCREWS BEHIND THE BUMPER COVER I BELEIVE YOU HAVE 4, AND YOU HAVE 8 AREAS WERE SHE CLIPS INTO THE PLASTIC OF THE BUMPER,

    IF YOU LOOK CLOSE YOU CAN SEE THE CLIP HOLES, TWO ON THE SIDES AND SIX IN THE MIDDLE,3- BOTTOM , THAN 3-TOP. THE SCREWS ARE ALSO IN THE MIDDLE... YOU HAVE TO GET FROM BEHIND....

      You can grab it and yank it out. I had to cut the top 3 tabs to get it off on my V6. It looks like crap with the tabs where the grill was. I put the billet grill in and really like the looks.

          You like flat black primer? LOL! Dan's car is a nice metallic blue color.

            Yes that Dans , But thats not the color of the car. That pic is of the new bumper cover BEFORE it was painted.

              cool thanks, the theme im going for is to remove it and paint it black. if it dont look good ill just put the cover back on has this been done before
