What size rims and tires you have on your 1st GEN?

I was thinking about getting some 17s it is impossible to find a decent tire for the 15" welds i have now. Where can i get some rims that fit the 69 firebird and what size tires you running? I want 17x8s front and rears.

Some sort of pro stars, Drag wheels in general, Can't remember what there called but put the Corvette wheels back on for now.

Ok. Found a set of Foose wheels 17x8 fronts and 17x9 for $1660 shipped with tires. But i am not sure if the 17x9 with a 275 tire will fit in the rears!

Not sure on sizes for 1st gens but Up to a 315 will fit in 4th gens.

i'm not sure what our 69Z can use. But its 15" wheels with Some tall slicks.
they look like 275 or 285 wide.

Yeah i dont want no drag radials or slicks i just want some good street tires!

Discount tire.
good price but watch who puts them on.
They had one front on back . And I have directional tires which one was going the wrong way. (mounted on rim backwards)
