    ? what after market radio are you using in you 1st gen.
    I am looking into a classic autosound USA-6
    240 watts (60 x 4) with MP3 / Ipod CD player jacks.

    Stainless works headers/cats Roto fab CAI /
    Corsa install and tune Livernois
    TSW Nuburgring 9 &10" x 20 on Invos (315 & 275 )
    JL Audio XD400/4 amp
    Pfadt trailing arms & tie rods sway bars.

    I went with the vintage auto radio from http://www.vintageautoradio.com/index.php and have been very pleased.

    Nice clean install and very good sound.

          Got an old Pioneer radio in my 69, cant hear it over the 500 horse 427. Wasted my time putting it in.

              I could of made a "radio delete" plate up faster than it took me to install a radio.

                      I ordered this one. USA 6 concours the old ones have a lot of BAD press
                      They the manufacturer claims all new design and if I don't like it they will take it back. So if it does not work out I will look at vintage auto.

                        the classic autosound radios are hacked jvc and kenwoods (I was a rep for them for a while, and we did more warranty claims than with any 3 other companies combined) I usually ran a kenwoon in my first gens (by the way I can still get twin shaft radios and they are fairly cheap)

                          ok my nephew has a 72 formula. I'm looking for a 2 knob radio. We do NOT want to hack up a mint dashboard!
                          Any ideas?
