Challenger.
But as stated above, for the same money you can get a Vette...gotta go Vette compared with the SRT Challenger...Originally posted by Redd8407I WANT NOISE! SPEED! It annoys me more then anything.

thats why i started this thread, lots love the new dodge, including me. but if its going to be soo expensive ill go maro, i dont know if i want it just bc its a different car then owned of just trying to grab a piece of the 70's with the technology of 2008

Challenger if I had the money to blow, even though that Camaro stuck to me more at the show, it like begged me for a drive. Didn't feel as many vibes coming off the Challenger. Hope you didn't take that like I was crazy. Realistically, as far as a new muscle car goes, I'd get a GTO. 2004, cheap. Otherwise I'd buy an old muscle car such as an old Challenger or GTO. Or I'd wait in hopes for a new Bird.

Definitely the Challenger for me. The Camaro is a fake, and I have never liked the Vette. I think the Vette is garbage and for what it costs, GM could have made an F-body that would smash a Vette and just about anything else into the dirt in every way. But GM wouldnt wanna make there beloved Vette look bad, which I think is part of the original reason the F-bodies were cancelled. GM knew the f-bodies were getting too close.
At the present time and any time in the forseen future there's nothing GM/ford/or any other maker except Dodge with the Challenger, is building thats worth my money as a non-dd car. And as a dd, I'd go for a chevy truck. The cars are all junk. The automakers are ALL building junk these days. its kinda like politics, its a matter of choosing the least junk car instead of the best car. Like choosing the lesser evil.
