GM got Michael Bay in the studio to show him various concepts and upcoming models and he picked the new Camaro concept to be Bumblebee. GM also provided all the vehicles for the movie for product placement. I thought that was great marketing effort. GM has worked with Michael Bay before, Bad Boys 2 for example.

bad boys 2 was even more obvious. that movie looked like a GM delivery lot. hundreds of GM cars, and practically nothing else.

Awsome movie loved all of it, i was so pumped when it got out. cant wait for the new camaro.

the one part i noticed was when she lifted the hood on the 2nd gen camaro they showed a shot of a bad ass FUEL INJed engine then she went on about his nice 4bl carb lol

saw it last night. was very impressed, even for a self proclaimed "movie buff". i make a lot of stuff with friends, so my appreciation for quality is high. even the elitists on IMDB rated it high, and thats a tough crowd. the lead female is smokin hot even though she couldnt act her way out of a cardboard box.

shia lebeouff is on his way to become one of the greatest american actors of our time. he is a genius on screen. very genuine.

the cars were awesome, too. it was cool that the original voice for optimus prime did the movie as well.

i recommend everyone waste 8 dollars seeing it. take a lady with you and sneak some vitamin waters in her purse like i did

they quite obviously left it wide open for a sequel. i wont spoil it.

lets just say that about 1% of the actual amount of transformers (from what i understand...never really watched the cartoons, plus i was born in 1987) actually appear in the movie. so the story and inclusion of characters and more *****in cars to turn into them can continue.
