I used to! Air up the bags, put on stock rims/ties, and give it hell! I used to have a bunch of pictures of it stuck in the mud but my hard drive went and I didn't have anything backed upOriginally posted by tastyZL1 View Postlol i sorrta wish u still had that truck tom woulda been fun to off road a low rider
Most of the time I'd just roll around like this though.... Ass end a lil lower then the front.

IDK B, I think if you don't abuse the clutch a well built manual is just as or more reliable than an automatic IMO. Of course if the clutch is weak to begin with than you may need an upgrade. I guess I'm assuming that's the part that you are referring to as unreliable right?Originally posted by meissen View PostI miss the sporty feeling of driving the manual Porsche. But, I also love how much more reliable an auto is.
It's just personal preference, but in a performance car, I'll take a manual all the way if I can help it. Now my DD is a stick, and I enjoy it, but there are times that it can get to be a hassle, usually in stop and go traffic or a backup on the highway.

All performance cars should be manuals IMO
And I have 115K miles on my M6 with the original clutch. It has taken lots of abuse and still works great definetly reliable. Hell even the stock LS1 can break A 4L60E

True drag cars use autos because they're more consistent.

haaa
had both love them all. i would have to say is that a auto with a stall is faster and more consistent then any M6, of course there a dime and a dozen people who know how to drive a stick, but like above commit " all drag cars are autos"
