I can't wait till these come out! I can't afford one for a long time and don't really want one because I'm waiting for a new bird. Think of all those people that will sell their fbodies for the 2009 Camaro? Thats a lot of choices for me! And at a reasonable price.

Is it raining pretty good over there, just cloudy and hazy with sprinkles here. Probably good I didn't make the trip then.

Well, Anita & I just got home (to Grand Rapids) from Woodward. The weather forced me to drive the Trail Blazer instead of the Camaro. It rained until a little while after noon. Once the roads dried up, the locals came out of the woodwork in droves, and cruising ground down to a slow crawl.

Saw some cool cars, got a couple of cool T-shirts, and best of all, hung out with a bunch of WMCC friends all day in the Chevrolet display (right next to the Camaro Concept) (it was in a tent today). I think this was my 6th annual trip to Woodward. I almost backed out and used the rain as an excuse, but am glad we went.
RIP Doug,You will always be remembered

It was driven around on Friday. The car sat under the tent in the GM display all day today. I'm disappointed as I thought the other 2 fiberglass rollers were going to be there along with the 2 rebodied GTO's for the Transformers movie. I didn't see any of them. I didn't even see the trailer with the 2 cars on it. I figured they'd put one of the rollers on there and drive it around. I did see the billboard truck and the billboard on the side of the building in Birmingham. It cleared up around noon and was nice the rest of the day. Somewhat overcast but still a fun day. I seriously walked 16 miles today. My friend and I started walking around Birmingham and then walked all the way down to 9 mile in Ferndale and all the way back to Birmingham where the truck was parked. I'm sore as hell and will be worse tomorrow I'm sure!
