The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!

I know Creight from CS3 Automotive had some nice cat backs available for the 5th gen, you might want to see what he has to offer. Also I believe someone else asked a question about catbacks on a 5th gen and there is a thread with a lot of sound and video clips of different ones for comparison. I will try to find it so you can hear some.
All I know is when I do exhaust on my 5th gen eventually. I'm going to go with any system that allows me to drop some weight. So I would not be buying anything close to the oem 50 gal drums they call a muffler. lol

I remember meeting you at the M&G at Bakers. My system with just under 2000 miles. Its getting a little louder, as I expected. Easy install, instructions were spot on. I love mine, sounds great and not at all obnoxius. I think you will like the sound of the 16581. I think the system you linked to is for ground effects. Did you add those since we talked at Bakers?
