Oil and trans temp from the factory? Me like. I still need a trans temp gauge.

Make it inhale and exhale slightly better and you'll win.

The interior has been taking a beating in other forums forever, they cut corners on it to get the better V6 from the start. But the updates need to come quicker like Ford has done on the mustang.

Never have and never will until they completely redo it.

For the record, the Mustang interior is at about the same level as the Camaro's.

But what do I know, I only look at perceived quality on interiors/work with them every day.

But this V6 war is gonna be fun! Camaro needs to drop a ton of weight. We'll see if the Stang gains it when it switches to IRS like it's rumored to.

So your telling me that the biggest rivalry in automotive history have similar quality interiors?

Also, see if you can get into GM. Most people feel like their interiors are still rat fur compared to a Ford.

I was in a V6 Mustang (new one) at the autoshow, and the fit and finish on the interior was terrible. Flushness was absolutely awful, and there were huge gaps. I don't have an issue with the Camaro's plastic, not sure where you're getting a furry feeling, I know my Cobalt doesn't have that feeling in the least. The Mustang interior looks better, but the Camaro's fit and finish is better.

Regardless, I'm pretty sure this isn't the point of this thread, so back on topic.

I'd take a mustang interior over the camaro's in a heartbeat. you can actually see out of it. Camaro has some cool things like the gauges and ambient lighting, but overall the thing still feels like a playpen to me.

Oh, that's no doubt - the Camaro has absolutely no visibility out of the car.

Bens car has ambient light too. His fit and finish is excellent, thats why he went with a Mustang rather than a Camaro.
