Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Here are some pics of the new ram air hood from Suncoast creations in south Florida. The hood is projected to be released in approximately two weeks. And, although we think the look with the ram air hood would look better with a filled-in factory “mail slot” to clean up the overall look, [...]
The hood looks good but I don't like the extra factory slot in the front

It would be nice if you could get the SS fascia w/o the mail slot for this hood. Some may say, "oh just throw on a LT/LS fascia". Well there are more differences than just the mail slot. The low end does not have the buldges that the SS does. The lower grille is different. And I think there are a few other minor body line differences. Side by side the SS fascia is much better. I'll throw up a quick comparison in a minute...
I agree with all of you guys. I like the SS front end but hate the "mailslot" so that would have to go. The body kit that some people get is horrible and ruins the front of the car IMO. They just look tacky and riced out.
I'd still like to see just a standard cowl hood one of them.

Like my dad's? I think it makes the car look much better.
Yeah, like your dad's. Don't get me wrong, it's a bad ass car but the body kit looks horrible on it. *edit* It looks better in the photoshop in body color, but I still don't like it. They just look so....aftermarket. They don't fit the car at all.
