  • berger 5th gens?

Is berger going to be making any special 5th gen camaro's like they used to? I have not heard anything about them modifying the '10 camaro's. Any insiders know anything or wmcc guys?

Berger themselves have not done anything special with a Camaro since the early 70s other than slap a Berger label on it, and that is likely to continue...

Yes, there will be another special package similar to the 4th gen Camaros for the 2010.

I think he meant that GMMG did all the "work" to the cars. Berger just gets to sell them and put thier name on them.

But lets not forget that someone has to market the car and be the driving force behind the project....not to mention service the car for any warrenty issues.....it's more of a team effort.....don't be a hater Jeff

I understand that the modifications to these cars does not happen at the Berger Chevrolet dealership (but at GMMG), however there is more to these cars than "just slapping a Berger label on them", and that's the part that's not true.

Alex, a lot of the people that worked at Classic went to Berger.

That's correct. They all started out as black cars so the engine bay would be black, just like the "old" cars were. It also allowed them to leave the engine in, instead of having to pull it to paint the engine compartment too. That would have added more labor cost to the special/retro colors.
