That does suck though. I guess its good as long as the Camaro is near perfection.

Is the delay because GM is shutting down 15 production plants for a month?

My guess is that it has to do with their supplier that filed bankruptcy...

Despite GM saying it's not because of that, I'm willing to bet it is.

Well now that they said that wasn't the case it is about 90% probably the reason. Oh well. I still have not seen one on the road yet. Only at shows.

They are pulling out of a ton of stuff to save money.
The are shutting down shops & factorys left and right so don't be surprized if they move it back further yet.

I think the brightest idea would be to hold it back til the snow goes away in northern states. Even if people want to buy one a lot wont until the weather is nice and they can acctually take it out and see how well it really runs on clean dry roads.

Yeah, GM has never really planned their release of new performance cars to well. Always seems like they release them in the middle of winter or late fall, they did the same thing with the GTO.

add that to the list of mistakes lol, you know this economic mess might just work out for the best, its making everyone have to think a lot smarter in order to survive.

That may be the silver lining to this areas problems. Other than that.......

You need to drive around the Tech Center or around Milford at the test track. I've seen 3 or 4 around the Tech center now.

Makes sence though. If they have 10k pre orders they mine as well make those before the summer market comes back. If they started in Feb, it would take a month or two to make those 10k cars. Then they would be cought up by time spring rolls around.
