In my opinion they messed up the 5th gens completely. I'd take another 4th gen over the new Camaro. That new Firebird concept is pewp. If they were really to produce this thing, they should atleast attempt to make it not look like the new Camaro...

      Wasn't that always the case

All we need are a few badges and a front bumper cover and we can turn any Camaro in to a bird

I like the Camaro better, but that's not a bad design either. Too bad Pontiac is on the chopping block and most likely won't last past March when GM has to give Congress it's restructuring plan. I was really holding out hope that Pontiac would bring back the Firebird/TA but in all reality that will most likely never happen.

Have you seen the new Camaro in person and/or have you seen it on the road yet? Reserve judgment until you do because I will tell you the new Camaro is the sexiest thing on the road.

I've seen it in person at a car show when they had the concept up and about. It really doesn't do anything for me and I'm a huge Camaro fan. I have two of them after all...

Out of all the new or revived "Muscle cars" to hit hit roads in the past couple years (Camaro, Mustang, Charger, Challanger, etc) I would say without a doubt the Camaro is the best overall as far as looks go. I may have a biased opinion because I love F-body's and especially Camaro's, but when I look at the others I just say ya that's cool. WIth the Camaro, I stare and drool.

That's cool, I'm not trying to come down on ya. I've heard a lot of people dog it when they haven't seen it in person. In all honesty, the production version looks a lot better than the concept IMHO. The concept was a little "heavier" looking, and the production version is slim and has a sweet stance.

                        Eh...I disagree...still...lol...

I still like the exterior of the Challenger better.

Too bad it's such a pig...and the interior is crap...

And I'm really warming up to the G8 too...might take one of those over a Camaro...
