I really just think you like saying "billionth time".

I don't know if I believe that. I gotta think they at least had a good idea what the Gov't regs would be when they designed the concept.

    I've been disappointed all along.

This has been my problem with it all along. Why do we need another 69 Camaro? Why not give us something new and fresh. A nice 69 would be just as much or less and in my opinion has a hell of a lot more character than a new wanna be copy cat car. However, I will admit the concept has grown on me some, though even after seeing the vert in person as most people said I needed to it really didn't make much of a difference in my feelings.

I'm sorry, I know you guys are tired of hearing me say it but the reason I keep saying it is the same reason Joel has, because I care about the final product. Regardless if I like the car or not I want it to do well because it might be the last chance to have the car around in the future. Based on these picks I have a bad feeling they are going to screw this up.

I didn't like the concept when I first saw pics but it really grew on me after I saw it in person.

I'll reserve judgement on the real thing until after I see one in a cool color and street race ready.

I agree with getgone, it's hard to pass judgement on a white car, that is in major amounts of light, a nice metalic silver, or any metallic color for that matter would do a better job of showing off the lines of the car. And the front end looks bulky because of the fact the hood is poped and it's got like a car bra on.

This thread is a classic example of why GM doesn't like pictures leaked. Someone takes a crappy quality picture of a bad color (white) with improper lighting and now the image of the car is tarnished negatively. Personally, I'll wait till it's out on the road to pass judgement.

True but what do they think is going to happen when they take them on the road, people won't notice? I mean for heaven's sake, the car would be less noticeable without the covers on it. Might as well have put a neon sign above the car that says "2009 Camaro" with a big red blinking arrow pointing down

At least I got the fact that I've hated it all along going for me.
