  • Turbobird Done (Again)

Welllll, the car is done. Well not all the way done. Still have some minor tuning left, but I have to go to the track to sort that out. Run some a/c lines, cd player, and figure out my tach/speedo problem. But its running finally. Just have to figure out a few tuning issues (running a little rich) and then I will be good to go. btw: sorry for the shitty pictures. This camera is either not good or I still don't know how to use it yet.

    My Razor alky setup.

Anyways, that's it. Hopefully I can get some numbers next week at the track. Right now I am pushing 20lbs on alky but I have zero knock and my o2's are a little high, so I have more boost in it.

Looking great! So thats straight from a GN? 20lbs is a lot of boost, what kind of number do you think that will put down?

Yup, right out of an 87 GN. But it was no easy task getting it in there. Blah...

I am not real sure what #'s it will put down. I have room for more boost. My o2's are in the 830's with 0 knock. And this turbo's sweet spot is around 24lbs. So I am shooting for 24. We will see though. I will try to get to a dyno or track soon.
