Wade is correct. Bondo is for smoothing panels not filling holes. You need to cut out the bad and weld in some good metal before you bondo it to smooth it out.Originally posted by GETGONE View PostBondo is NOT how you fix rust holes!!! .....
I can't believe I agreed with wade.

I need just about everything. Both rear quarter panels, tailgate, passenger fender, rockers, and doors. I think I can salvage the hood and the rest of the truck. I also need a new alternator.Originally posted by GETGONE View PostBondo is NOT how you fix rust holes!!! I have an 86 S10 that I've got some decent parts on. I already sold the NOS tailgate I had on it but I have the original tailgate and bed which are in better shape than yours. What other parts do you need?
What would you take for the parts you've got?
Thanks for the heads up Wade!
