although the miles are good, I think the buy it now price is high. I mean, its only got the 301, non turbo, There not that fast at all, if thats what your looking for.
We had a 81 with the same motor 85,000 miles we sold for $3500.00. No rust, solid, all stock, grey with white interior. But we just couldnt get top dollar for it. People just didnt want the 301. **weird**

The 301 has never been popular.

But value wise, these will get dragged up in value as the others increase.

Look what NADA thinks the value of a '78 400 4 speed SE should be (not saying I agree with it...just using it as an example)...

That site claims to have the ACTUAL car used in the second movie and its not... The car in bandit II did NOT have snowflake wheels. It had the anniversary style dish wheels. I see the TTA on the rear hatch though, id still like to see a picture of it from the movie however.

I doesn't say it was the movie car. it says
This is the actual 1981 Bandit Trans Am that Burt Reynolds, star of the 'Smokey and the Bandit' movie series, drove back and forth to the studio to honor his contractual obligation while he was filming:

I see your point Jeff, I just didnt know what you were looking for.
I agree I would like to scoop it up and sit on it for 10 years. You know the price is going to double.
