  • 77 Z28 Barn find

    Found this car on craigslist and went to the north western area of the LP to get it...2.5 hrs driving up and 3 hrs of digging it out of the barn it had been parked in for 12 years and bam its on the trailer headed home...swung into a local car wash and i must say it cleaned up pretty good This is my old mans new car after having sold me his 86 in hopes of getting back into a 74-77 so what the hell heres some pics only major work she needs is drivers floor pan some interior work and a paint respray and the obvious stuff after having sat so long havent seen my dad so happy with a car sense he sold his old 77 when i was a child car is tan interior orig and 350/350 3 42 car..ill keep updates as we progress in the project

          2nd Gens make some nice cars. If you need any parts for it my son still has a collection of parts he has has for about 19 years now and might have what you are looking for.

            Looks like its in pretty nice shape for sitting so long! Post progress pictured im interested! Almost bought a 77 (or 78?). When i was 16.

              actually looking for a tilt column and tan carpet and headliner..also some z28 5 spoke wheels..front center gfx and i think thats about it really

              Also yeah it cleaned up pretty good..definatley needs a paint respray will be redone in the orig color and dont worry i will make sure to keep the forum updated with progress

                I had all of that in tan including the tilt column but the parts are sold.

                    If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for it?
                    I've been somewhat in the market, but haven't come across much under $8K for a shell.

                        also 1k..it has the orig 350/350 and runs..needs both floor pans badly and a drivers rear frame rail but came with all the replacment metal
