Without writing a novel, Basically...
The SATIN Black tailpan was on all 67-69 SS396 cars with the exception of Black Cars and Special models such as the Z10 & Z11 (Pace Cars). And as Jeff Said it was also on the first 50 COPO's shipped to Yenko in 69.

It was also on all Big Block Camaros (with the exception of Black) from 70-73. And in those years the only way to get a BB was in a SS model.
