Ill just continue my strategy of buying niether then. Toys are useless to me without a place to put them and a house doesnt benefit me as much without toys to store

If I could do it all over again, I would've stayed in my parents' house as long as I could I don't think Angie would agree though.

Or buy a house that lets you financially do the "extra" as we are calling it. I never want to be in the situation where we couldn't pay our bills on just my income. That's what made finding a house hard.

I don't think thats always the case though, we have money to financially do the "extra" but spending that kind of money on our hobbies vs investing it in the house is the difference.

I dont think thats the turning point. I dont even own a house yet and i havent spent a dime more than ive needed to on cars in close to 2 years
