      Oh, just another heads up. If your gauges start acting funny then it's likely that your stepper motors are going funky. Another common problem

      You can replace the stepper motors yourself for about 30 bucks if you are handy with a soldering wick and iron, or just have this guy do it

        Thanks. Ill keep that in mind. I drive most vehicles less than 1000 miles a yr. Cept my semi. Thats 345 miles a day

            Probly just leave it stock. Think its lifted some. Found 3 inch blocks in it. May get the fuel saver program. The one i traded in only got 15 miles pg. This should get 20 or better with good driving. Lol plus towing. The avalanche got less than 9 mpg. This should be a whole lot better.

                i got the hookup on a rebuild if the trans ever needs it. i dyno and am around the allisons all day, everyday. sweet truck by the way!

                  Duramaxs come with a body lift from factory to clear the big ass Allison's. Iirc correct me if I'm wrong.

                    Cool. Im 6 ft and gotta jump out of the truck. Lol stopped at my cousines today. He was like did you buy a big enough truck. He is like 5.10 and would need a ladder to work under the hood. Hahaha

                      Congrats man nice lookin rig! I got an 03 d-max n im loving it! if u plan on doin any kind of programmer i recommend EFI live. My truck is runnin awesome with em! check out duramaxforum.com too
