    920 horsepower Formula Firebird

    This was at Autozone a few months ago, it's got one hell of a setup, and you'll see it wanting to fishtail on the acceleration.

    Here are the specs:

    '88 Pontiac Formula Firebird
    400 cid SBC with a single 76mm turbo
    920 hp and 910 ft-lbs at 18 psi boost (engine dyno)
    T56 trans with Strange Engineering 12 bolt rear axle
    Formula 43 RAD14 18" 3 piece wheels (made in Livonia Michigan)
    Bilstein shocks/struts; Hotchkis & BMR suspension bits

                      Saw that car in GMHTP, do you have any photos of the engine bay? I didn't think there were enough in the article!

                          I don't have any photos of it, just video taken. It was featured in the magazine though!

                            I think he works at the proving grounds. I am pretty sure I saw that car at the show there over the summer. Very nice to actually hear it!

                              must be a miniram. says sbc so its not an lt1
