Looks like a VERY clean '96. Any plans to customize it?

I know it's only a 3800, but since I got this engineering internship at NSWC in Panama City for the Summer, I''ll finally have some spare cash to drop into it. I'm buying Kwaz's authentic SS hood, a set of stock rims from a 97 camaro that have about 400 miles on them, figuring out how to adapt the SS airbox to work with the ram air hood (if possible) or doing an ebay CAI, and swapping out my dynomax muffler for a Z28 cat-back. :] Should be about all I want to do with it. It's an A4, so if I could find a whole swap kit, I might think about that, but it's not likely that I'll find the right price. It has about 126k on it (got it with 85k for 4500). I've had the car for almost 3 years now and learned everything that I know about cars, with my car. It's extremely dependable and looks great (although I did have to have the front end repainted after a hit and run...wasn't even near my car when it happened). All I can do is take care of it until I get stable and out of college, and eventually I want a 1997 SS (painted Cyber Grey Metallic, with black hood scoop...kind of how Joel's is red ).

nice looking car the new hood will punch that up. To connect the ram air intake to the 3800 you probably will have to fab that yourself. Easier to just do CAI.

Thanks a lot for the feedback guys! I know it's only a 3800, and I don't get much praise for keeping it clean, so it's pretty refreshing to know that SOME people notice that I take care of it I'll definitely post more pics and do a before and after comparison when I get the hood, rims, intake, and exhaust.

There's nothing wrong with those 3800 series - stong little powerplants for what they are.
