Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
There is plenty of unnessary shit in an fbody. Catback for duals. heat sheilds behind the axle, all exhaust brackets behind axle, front sway bar and all brackets, light weight carpet looses 35lbs, AIR, EGR, Ect.

Prooooove it. I forgot to mention - no AIR or EGR on both our cars (yup, race cars!)
nice! i plan on ditching everything in a year or 2 here. heat and a/c doesnt work, not gonna fix it just rip it out. cant hear the radio. noone uses the back seats. lol the list goes on and on.
3100 range...............................and the car still looking good and not like a straight drag car.......................................................
Whats so BS about that? Other than the seats being gone the interior would look stock. Exterior would look 100% stock.
Lets see Ryan put his car on the scales. Even with an iron block I think you'll be surprised. What looks so "race car" about his car besides the bigs and littles?
Mike isn't BSing you guys. Take out the rear seats, the rear seat belts (which weigh as much as the seats you just took out), and the spare tire & jack... and that alone will give your car an entirely different feel to it. Ask me how I know
Theres still a bunch of useless crap I plan to take out of mine to lighten it up! This has been exactly my goal, a serious diet without the gutted look. Im not going to say 3100 pounds is easy but i definitely believe 3300.

look at joes anni, that car has been stripped down to the bear minimum and you couldnt tell just from looking at it. his might not weigh 3100 with a cage and what not but def cut a whole buncha fat off without going sheet metal door panels and 2 kirkeys no carpet look.
Oh mike I'm just busting your balls son lol. maybe I will take my rear seats out, they're useless anyway. and as I found out last week I have dynomat in my car, I wonder how much that crap weighs.
