Patrick I have a 3" bolt on for sale, but its black :/ Also I can't remember but there is a pair of shorty headers that will bolt right in with "very little" modification to the firewall. You might want to do some searching on thirdgen.org.

how much for the hood? and i did get the headers that little mods have to be done but they are mid length headers and i would like to run long tubes. just dont want to pay 500+ for a set.

I would have thought a blue interior would look kinda sissy but after you see it it looks very sharp! My dad's 59 had a red interior as well but when the car was purchased the interior was not useable due to fire so it gave him the option to change the colors around. I will post a few pictures later today.

just purchased a set of ceramic coated headers for the big block swap! if anyone is interested a set of 70-81 big block short tubes black painted. i have a set.
also anyone know of anyone else doing the big block swap in a third gen i found a place to get the hooker headers for 550
