Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
So I went to LA this week to be in the audience for Jay Leno's Tonight Show and went to Rodeo Drive the other day. There was a Bugatti Veyron just parked on the side of the road like it was nothing so I had to get a picture with it. Thought I would share
sorry all the pics have me in it lol
And a porsche that stopped to take a picture of it while driving by
Hmmm...no license plate...parked with the wing deployed...no better way to sell it than to park it on Rodeo Drive...probably there every Friday night...

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.

I guess I replied cause I think that a 30 grand or more tune up is ridiculous, no matter who you are, if your Bill Gates then you can afford to have one or two but most of us it is supper rare to even think of it..
But if I dashed your dreams I am sorry, we all need them..

Well the extra 30 grand here and there is even less for super rich investors because they have a lower tax rate than we do...Gotta spend it on something I don't care if it looks like an upside down bathtub...it's not like people would thumb their nose at you when you're cruising around.
I personally don't care for these cars. Rather have an extensive collection of more enjoyable rides. I googles this car and apparently it's always parked there for the most part. It definately catches your eye though. People including myself got out of their cars on the street to take a picture of it. As for it not having a plate o don't find it odd in la you wouldn't believe how many cars I came across with no plate or even a window temp on them. I guess you could afford to pay the ticket anyways.

As I found out last year, you don't need a tag in your window in California to move a car, either because you bought it or are just moving it to repair it. You can actually go to a AAA office to register for and obtain a permit that allows you to move the car -- much better than having to go to a DMV office!
However, my buddy Marc and I also found out that these will only get you so far once you leave the Golden State. We weren't in Arizona more than 20 minutes before the state police had us pulled over. All they needed to see was the Cali permit (and get a short tour of Marc's "new" 1976 Olds 98 Regency) and we were back on the road to Phoenix. Still, we were definitely a little more on-edge for the rest of the trip! Luckly, we only needed to get it to Phoenix and loaded onto a Reliable Transport carrier so we could fly back to Detroit.
