Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
I posted one pic in my introduction, but there are probably others inerested in this so here are a few pics of my 86 sport coupe and a 91 B4C MSP cop car. This car is on display in front of the ferensics lab about 15 miles from my place. It is also right next to the MSP road coarse test track. If anyone wants to see this in person it is at the MSP complex in Diamondale, MI just south of Lansing near the corner of Lansing and Canal Rd.
I also see a notch in the background, at least hey keep the old cars instead of junking them, but then that means we can't buy them...i would love to have a 91/92 B4C car for a sleeper. I still miss my 91Z28

I like having a loud car, every time the neighbors dog barks, I just go let my car sit and idle in the driveway
I wonder if they have a 4th Gen B4C in their collection as well?
In the Hemmings article they say the Camaro received a lukewarm response from the department, and it's believed they never pursued a 4th gen version. The Mustang was MSP's car of choice when it came to their "fast pursuit" vehicles, and by the time the Fox-body Stang went away in '93 they were fully imbracing the Caprice as their car of choice.
As a side bar: The MSP only had 2 of these Camaros, and one was totalled while in service. Making this car 1 of 1 now.
Yes. I heard there is one in the Detroit area. Check out this B4C tribute.
There are several B4C Camaros in the metro Detroit area...some of them are still in use...saw one on 75 North back in August in Troy...they're just not Staties...they're local...

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.

When the rear end's loose, the car's fast. Loose is fast, and on the edge you're out of control.
