Thanks for the info Jeff, makes sense IMO.

Fred (at just so you know Jeff), PHS can no longer provide information for anything newer than 1987. With the changes that GM has gone thru recently Jim Mattison is no longer allowed to provide any information on the model years 1988-newer. You can still get a copy of the factory invoice for those year vehicles, but in order to do so you need contact Allied (sp ??). That company will charge you just as much as PHS ($50-$80) and all you'll get is the invoice, nothing else. Once you have the invoice PHS can dupilcate the window sticker, but again that's all they can do. Kinda sucks, but that's our new General Motors for you.
