  • New Winter Beater

For the family, but fun none the less. Yeah, it's brand new, but we're only paying $90 a month for it... that's a beater in my book. 27 month lease, $90 a month... can't get better than that. Dad has to consolidate so we only have a maximum of 4 cars... the idea was maybe if he sold the porsche or the caddy, or maybe even sell both and get one nicer car. Regardless, looks like I *might* be driving my car through the winter. :thumbsdo: Cross your fingers and hope that dad only sells one car.

    Anyway, here's the beater pics.

And some of the rest of the winter beaters (the Caddy and the Porsche) and of course Red Alert in her garage spot where she belongs Mom's car (Chrysler Concorde) isn't pictured, tho.

lmao in all honesty I don't even know, Jeremy. It's just a Dodge Dakota, that's all I know. They got it for $80-something a month (I just rounded up to $90) because of lease loyalty, employee discount, $1000 bonus discount, and a veterans discount (we put the truck in my grandpa's name, who fits all those discounts haha) so tada $90 a month sign-and-drive.

yeah my boss just got one of those not too long ago for a shop truck. but yellow and has detail express plastered all over it...same thing...every option except the V8 and it's like $100 a month or less..... they are giving them away....just don't pull out into traffic with out a lot of room...it's the slowest thing i've ever driven...my 4 banger ranger is faster no joke

I took 1 of those for a test drive. The turbo is nice! pined me, my wife, and my mother-in-law to the seats. I wanted 1 but the payments where gonna be to high. Oh well.

Well what ever it had, sounded like a small turbo. It sure moved though and that was going off my 3.5l v6 Malibu Maxx, not my even slower 2.8l v6 Firebird.
