  • I wish i would have kept her

so i have a 97 grand am gt and i put a ton of money and time into this car. the car looked and ran awesome. well i was dumb and had to sell her. i seen the car yesterday and i could have died. the kid that bought it put on stick on hood scoops spray painted white racing stripes the whole length of the car. i should have took a pic but it just kills me inside what some people do to nice cars. here are some pics of the car before i sold it.

Yep, my first car was the same thing.

      1978 Martinique Blue Trans Am.

Saw it again two years later, and the idiot had rattle-can painted it white...didn't even mask off the side marker or turn signal lighting...almost cried...

I still own my first car. 18 years and counting, lol. Dated my wife in it, rewired it with my son, and rebuilt it with my dad. I think its a keeper. BTW, its a 1963 plymouth valiant, kinda homeley, but in a bad ass kinda way, lol. Eric L

so far the only two cars ive gone seem to have gone to good owners. I saw my old red V6 camaro a couple weeks ago and talked to the kid. His sister had rammed into the front bumper but he was getting it fixed and the car looked fine otherwise. he'd added aftermarket headlights and clear corners, looked pretty good.

Still own my first car, the only car I've ever gotten rid of was the Jimmy and I definitely don't regret that.

Many cars have cylced thru the garage over the years some went on to good fate others to bad, but the one car I still really miss and think about is the 1971 Buick GS.

I hope to keep my car forever like my dad has. I would be so cool to go to a show when I am 50, and say"Yup, went to junior prom in that!"

I had a 37 chevy coup that I regret selling. and a 57 MGA. those are the only 2 out of 65 cars that I have owned. I think I have ADD when it comes to cars.
